Having Good Technique in Reflexology
As I get back to playing drums, I realizes just how important having good technique is. This made me think about some of the bad habits I have been using during my reflexology sessions.
I talk about:
- Having good Posture
- Which part of the thumb to use.
- How to work the thumbs and fingers,
- How to turn up your “pressure up” in a comfortable way.
I also try and relate reflexology to having good technique just like great musicians, so that you can enjoy a long run as a reflexologist, feeling more comfortable and relaxed while giving great reflexology sessions.
Hope this video was helpful.
Please share any thoughts and tricks you use to “Keep in shape” as a Reflexologist.
Yours warmly,
Adam.
Adam,
Thanks you for these tips. I found them very helpful. Also I just want to let you know that I really like the set of your charts that I purchased several months ago. Good job!
So glad you found these helpful. A nice reminder to myself he he.
Thanks for your kind words on my charts and thanks for all your support!
Is there any topic you would like me to make a video about?
Happy Reflexology!
