Returns and Refunds
Items Ordered and Shipped: To receive an exchange or refund after an item you have ordered that has been shipped, the item must be returned to us within 60 calendar days from the date of your original payment. All items must be returned in the original package or if the original package is missing or damaged, in a secure shipping envelope or package similar to the one it arrived in. When we receive your return we will promptly issue a replacement of the item purchased or refund via a check or a credit to your credit card, if a refund is due. Credit card processing rules allow us to refund the credit ONLY to the card that was originally used to make payment.
