How much does shipping cost to the USA, Canada or Other (international)?

The easiest way to figure this out is by adding all the products that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Then once in your shopping cart under  Shipping Option select the country Canada, USA or Other and click update. You will see how much shipping you will be applied.

All our prices are in Canadian Dollars … How much is it going to cost in my currency?

First you need a total, add all the products that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart select the shipping option (Canada, USA or Other) and then you will have a total in Canadian Dollars.

Now you can use a currency convertor which you can find by opening your search engine and searching for the words “currency convertor” or you can click on this link:http://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/

Select Canadian dollar and type in the dollar amount in the box, pick your currency and hit the little next arrow and you should have the price in your currency.

Remember that currency changes daily and will only be accurate to the day the transaction goes through but this will give you a rough idea.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Through PayPal, Balancing Touch accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How do I place an order?

To order an item, simply click “add to cart”. You will be directed to a paypal shopping cart where you will be able to view all items you have added. You may then continue shopping or finalize your purchase.

How will I know that my order has gone through?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully completed and another when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, or the information is incorrect, please contact us.

My transaction failed—why?

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to see the reasons that a transaction failed. Banks, credit card companies, Apple, Google, and PayPal keep this information hidden for your protection. To understand why a payment may have failed, you will need to contact your specific payment vendor directly.

How long will it take to process my order?

Please allow 3 working days for us to process and ship your order. Some items may take an additional one to two days to process.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the order has been processed we ship it out to you. We ship all over the world and there are some variations in the time you will receive your order. Note: we send from Canada.

Here are some basic guild-lines for you: Canada: 2-4 business days, USA: 4-6 business days, and International: 6-10 business days

Will I get a receipt with my order?

Yes, you will receive a packing invoice that confirms your payment and lists all your items.

What if my item is out of stock?

When an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email and provide you with the expected anticipated wait time.

What tax is applied on the items?

5% GST will be applied if you live in British Columbia, Canada

There is no tax on international Sales and There is no tax on shipping.
