How it Started.

I was taking with an acupuncturist/client one day about the visual dictionary series, my charts and she said something along the lines of a reflexology colouring book, “what a great idea!”

I remember back when I was learning Reflexology, I had to purchase an Anatomy colouring Book for the Anatomy/Physiology component and just how important it was for me to get all those weird strange and fascinating structures inside our human body into my brain. The Anatomy Colouring Book was such a great tool for my understanding! Why don’t I create an anatomy colouring book but reflexology based.

What it is.

It is a series of anatomy colouring books where we explore “bite sized” chunks of the systems of the body to make it easier to study and to understand. In general 1 or 2 systems are in each book and go structure by structure colouring and reading basic information about that structure. At the bottom of the page you will find different angles of the feet where you will be colouring those same structures on the feet where reflexology maps it.

Here is where you will learn details about the anatomical part, what it is and how it functions. You will then see a visual image of it, so that you will get familiar with what it looks like.

All the anatomy names with a colour to help you identify different structures from each other.

This is what makes this project specialized for a Reflexologist.

You will see how the Anatomical structures look and then you will see the same anatomical structures on the illustrations of the feet to show how they are mapped out on the feet.

D – The Different Reflexology Angles

At the bottom of the pages you will get all the Anatomical structures on the feet in all the angles that they are found in Reflexology on the feet.
