Foot Reading Book Review & Spring Cleaning

Spring is almost here, flowers are starting to show up and it seems to be natural for us to do a little bit of spring cleaning. I take this time to do a little spring cleaning as well, by looking to my feet for answers to what has been working in my life and what might need a little dusting off or getting rid of. I came across a great book that is going to help with this process by Sam Belyea a brilliant reflexologist! In today’s video, I share Sam’s book with you called “FOOT READING A Reflexology Primer on Foot Assessment”. Really enjoying this book! Highly recommended.
