Hello there … Adam Thomas from Balancing Touch Reflexology and Today I want to share with you my story of where Reflexology has taken me.

I would have never guessed that Reflexology could take me half way around the world to Japan, and even to meeting my wife.

This is a story about following yourself and trusting the choices you make even know your brain might be telling you something different.
