I have had a bunch of people ask me exactly what updates did I make to the giant sized BT’s REFLEXOLOGY FOOT CHART? I thought I would make a video so I can not only tell you but also show you what has been changed and why I did.

I have basically updated four things.

1. Changed the printed method from Tyvek: To Paper and Lamination
2. Decreased size by 1 inch all around: Cheaper to Ship
3. Increased the font size: easier to read
4. Added the adrenal glands
