Reflexology
Traditional Reflexology: This is standard foot reflexology that is used to ascertain the health of the body. It is a non-invasive compression technique used to help many symptoms, improve circulation and it feels great!

Hand over foot Reflexology: It is amazing how relaxed your whole body feels when your feet and hands are being worked on. This is a beautiful session which includes arm and calf massage that will improve circulation, assimilation and elimination.

Thai-style reflexology: lymph circulation, this stimulates the body’s wind element to blow up and to balance the four elements These four elements are : earth (din – solid parts of the body, including nerves, skeleton, muscles, blood vessels, tendons, and ligaments); water (naam – blood and bodily secretions); fire (fai – digestion and metabolism); and air The leg from the knee down to the foot is worked with very stimulating aromatherapy oil. Thai-style Reflexology integrates a stick which is used caringly to points on the sole of the foot to induce relaxation. Thai Reflexology Foot Massage is good for stimulating the activity of internal organs, and to improve blood and(lom – respiration and circulation). (Sickness of human comes from imbalance of these elements).

The Classic: This deep tissue, full body massage is a collection of disciplines including Reflexology, Shiatsu, Swedish and Lomi Lomi strokes. Thai-stem Massage: A combination of yoga-style stretches and warm herbal compresses relieve muscular aches and painful inflammation, while releasing toxins, increasing circulation, nourishing the skin and soothing underlying connective tissues.

Chair Massage: uses a combination of massage and pressure points on the neck, shoulders and back. You are seated in a specific chair for massage that supports the body and head. The massage is done right over clothes, which makes it ideal for the office. Sessions can be a little as 10 minutes or up to 30 minutes. Chair Massage releases muscle tension and stimulates circulation thus leaving you feeling much more relaxed, looser and flexible. It is ideal for people who spend a lot of time on the computer.
