Nobody wants them but they may show up on our feet … plantar warts. These warts that are found on the bottom of our feet, hence plantar warts can be quite uncomfortable and painful.

I want to share with you one of the best ways I know with some great success as to how to rid yourself of these little unwanted guests.

How to tell if you have a plantar wart or just a Callus?

The pinch test: What you want to do is simply pinch the wart on all sides; if there is a sharp shooting like pain you have a wart. If it does not hurt at all, you just have a callous.

2. Using the other spoon gently crush the Aspirin turning it into a smooth paste.

3. Apply this paste to the bandage and then apply directly over the center of the plantar wart.

It’s good to apply in the morning and then change the bandage again latter in the day. Repeat this until the wart disappears. It should be gone by 2weeks if it goes sooner which commonly happens keep it up for the full 2weeks. Warts are like the roots of a tree only showing the stump so when you just deal with the stump the roots are still in tack and if it has a strong hold it can grow back.

This has worked on many of my clients and friends. Some of them have gone to the doctors to get it frozen just to have it come back many times again. The Aspirin works as an acid and the Tea Tree Oil acts as an antibacterial creating an environment that the wart virus cannot survive.

Some of my clients just used Tea Tree Oil and it has gone away as well. The Key to this is consistency, which creates an undesirable environment for your little not so pretty friend Mr. Wart.

In Louise L. Hay’s book called “You Can Heal Your Life”, she talks about plantar warts being anger at the very basis of your understanding and spreading frustration about the future.

Louise suggests affirming, “I move forward with confidence and ease. I trust and flow with the process of life”.

This in combination with the above remedy will greatly speed up the process making it more effective.
